​POD Albums is owned and operated by TapTunes, Inc., a music technology company based in the United States.

1. Music Content and Usage Rights

POD Albums sells physical Play On Demand music cards that provide access to digital music content created and supplied by artists, labels, and catalog owners.

 

All music, artwork, and related content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a POD Albums grants the buyer personal, non-commercial listening access only. No ownership, licensing, or reproduction rights are transferred with purchase.

 

POD Albums is not responsible for how music content is used beyond the intended personal listening experience.

2. Play On Demand Access

POD Albums music cards use NFC technology to deliver music when tapped with a compatible smartphone and an active internet connection.

Device compatibility may vary. POD Albums does not guarantee uninterrupted playback due to factors outside our control, including device limitations, software updates, or network availability.

3. Order Processing and Production

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of Play On Demand music access, POD Albums does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can review the issue and assist if appropriate.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. POD Albums is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses once the package has been transferred to the carrier. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

POD Albums shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

POD Albums operates in the United States. These policies and any disputes arising from the use of POD Albums products or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusively in Seminole County, Florida.
